Our Cancellation Policies

Reservations (inc Seniors Package)

Our free cancellation policy applies to Reservations cancelled 48 hours (Motel Local time) before the arrival date unless you have booked via a 3rd Party Website, in which case their cancellation policy applies.

Reservations placed less than 48 hours before the check-in date are non-refundable.

If you cannot make your booking due to illness and have missed our free cancellation period, provided you have booked a refundable rate, your reservation can be converted into a friend or family member's name.

If your booking needs to be cancelled due to the Act of God, Act of Government or other national emergencies, your non-refundable payment can be converted into a credit to be used within three years from the issue date.

No-shows will forfeit the total accommodation cost.

COVID-19 Information:

We ask all guests to be considerate of the health and safety of themselves, other guests and staff during their stay. We ask that all guests follow reasonable hygiene procedures the World Health Organisation recommends, including hand and respiratory hygiene best practices. If you present with any illness before arrival, we ask that you stay home and rest up. Should symptoms develop during your stay, we ask that you contact our staff, who can advise on a suitable course of action.

TERMS & CONDITIONS AGREEMENT

Before checking in to our establishment, you will be required to sign a registration card confirming you agree to the following terms and conditions.

  1. You (our guest) agree that you will pay us, (the operator) the room rate for each day of your stay 2 days prior to your check-in date if you have booked a refundable rate, or at the time of your booking if your reservation is non-refundable, plus any additional charges up until the time you check out and depart from the accommodation.

  2. You agree that any charge for services to you, not billed at the time of your departure, may be added to your account for settlement as arranged or may be charged to the same credit card used to pay the account at the time of departure or to the credit card used to guarantee payment of your account.

  3. You agree that all credit card payments incur a merchant recovery fee of 1.5% for Visa & Mastercard and 3% for Amex and others of the account total.

  4. You agree that check-out time is 10 AM on the date shown for your departure unless we agree on another time.

  5. You agree that departure after that time may incur additional room charges of $50 per hour.

  6. You agree that we may apply a charge if your requested check-in time requires us to keep the room empty on the previous day/night.

  7. You agree to pay interim accounts when presented, even though you may not have checked out and departed from our rooms.

  8. You agree to advise us of any change in the number of persons using the room and agree to pay any additional charges for additional persons not included in the number stated at the time of registration.

  9. You agree that you are, and remain personally liable, to pay the total amount due on departure unless prior settlement arrangements have been accepted by us. If the settlement arrangements are not met within 30 days of departure you agree to immediately pay the total amount due on receipt of our invoice.

  10. You agree to pay us for any loss or damage to the room or equipment in the room during the period of use.

  11. You agree to return the keys for the room at the time of your departure and agree to pay a charge of $50.00 each for the replacement of keys you lose or fail to return.

  12. You agree to pay us a $50 call-out fee should you require assistance after hours due to a room lockout.  

  13. Your room and all public areas are non-smoking. You agree to pay a cleaning fee of $250.00 per room should you or anyone else smoke in the room, or if the room is left in an excessively dirty state.

  14. You agree that we, (the operator) are not responsible for the safe keeping of any valuables, goods, or vehicles that belong to you and/or of a member of your party, brought in or onto the rooms, grounds, or car park, at any time.

  15. You agree that you will not make any claim against us for any damage or loss to your goods or valuables, regardless of how, when, or where the loss or damage occurred.

  16. You acknowledge that you are aware that we have installed CCTV cameras in the car park and selected public areas. We will provide recorded footage to the police in the event of a security breach, or if we are required to do so for any other reason. Recorded footage will not be provided to any other 3rd party, and will be discarded after 14 days.

  17. You agree that we reserve the right to terminate your booking without refund if you make excessive noise or in any way negatively impact the enjoyment of other guests.

  18. You agree that should a fire alarm be set off by your actions, or the actions of a member of your party, you agree to pay the call-out fee charged by the NSW Fire Brigade, currently $1750 per call-out.

  19. You agree that regardless of the length of stay there is no tenancy or other rights created under the Landlord or Tenant Laws and there are no such laws that apply to your stay.

  20. You agree that there is no refund available in the event that you leave our property earlier than the booked departure date.

  21. You agree to receive commercial electronic messages from us in the future. You may opt out by using the opt-out option on the electronic newsletter.

  22. Please ensure you declare the number of guests staying for the evening. Any additional guests or bedding used above what is declared will incur a $25pp charge.

  23. Housekeeping Service is available from Monday-Saturday (excludes Sunday) If you would like your room serviced by housekeeping on Sunday, this can be purchased in advance for an additional charge of $15.

We adhere to the National Privacy Principles relating to the collection of personal information. Information collected from you on this registration card is required to either meet the requirements of State Legislation regarding the maintenance of a guest register, for fire safety reasons, for billing purposes and to market our services to you. We will make this information available to third parties who assist us to provide services to you, where required by law, or to enforce our collection of amounts owing by you. You must advise us if any details on this registration form are incorrect. Personal information collected during your stay will be retained for the length of time necessary to comply with taxation and accounting requirements.
